District 2 has struggled with economic development, leading to limited job opportunities and lower incomes compared to other parts of San Antonio.
To stimulate growth, I will support small businesses with tax incentives and grants, partner with educational institutions for job training and apprenticeships, work with the city to attract new industries creating well-paying jobs, and invest in infrastructure to make the district attractive to investors.
